we don't charge you for our contractors and consultants to come onto your projects and 'learn'. Each contractor has a development plan for professional and personal growth. We give them specific directed training to ensure that they are upskilled to add even more value while on your project or engagement.

Core Point works with our partners to come up with a fee structure that suits best. Where possible we work with our partners in innovative ways to structure our fees based on outcome. Some examples:

Permanent (no guarantee) annual fee: We space out your permanent placement fees over a 3-12 month period.

Value based fees: This is where a mutually agreed upon value is set before the project begins. Progress payments are usually made at set intervals during the project..

Outcome based fees:  Similar to value based fees, an outcome is agreed upon, and progress payments are made at predetermined milestones.
